Who Are We?

POLASA is an industry association that promotes the interests of manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, professional services providers and other identified groupings within the power and allied industries in Southern Africa towards a healthy and sustainable industry.

Focus Groups

Professional Service Providers

Companies that are predominantly involved in the provisioning of professional services in the construction and/or maintenance of power lines and other heavy power infrastructure. These include but is not limited to Engineering, Training, Project Management, SHEQ etc.

Manufacturers

Are companies that are predominantly involved in the processing of raw material into a product or equipment which is used in the construction and/or maintenance of power lines and infrastructure.

Suppliers

Are companies that are predominantly involved in the supply, distribution and/or assembly of products or equipment used in the construction and/or maintenance of power lines. These include, but are not limited to Agents, Wholesalers, etc.

Contractors

Are companies that are predominantly involved in the building and/or maintenance of power lines.
